About Ubaid Imperial
A trading house built on what other people throw away
Bangladesh slaughters millions of cattle and buffalo each year, and for a long time most of the omasum and pizzle went to waste for the simple reason that nobody collected it fast enough. Ubaid Imperial exists in that gap. We work at the slaughter floor, not at a desk downstream of it — which is why our product arrives clean, and why we can tell a buyer exactly where a lot came from.
What we do
We export two products, to two very different trades. Salted beef omasum goes to buyers in Hong Kong and Vietnam, where it is a staple of the Cantonese and hotpot kitchen. Bully sticks — dried pizzle — go to pet-treat brands and private-label importers in North America and Europe. The two share a raw material stream, a collection network and a set of documentation requirements, and almost nothing else.
We do not hold prices on this website and we do not sell from a catalogue. Every consignment is quoted against a specification — grade bands, packing, marking, documentation — because that is how this trade actually works and because a number quoted without a specification behind it is worth nothing to either side.

How we work
We collect fast, because nothing downstream can fix a slow collection
Omasum is salted within two hours of slaughter. Pizzle is chilled at the slaughter floor. Both products fail in exactly the same way — an off-odour that a buyer smells on arrival and that no amount of washing, bleaching or smoking will genuinely remove. The suppliers who reach for chemicals at the end of the process are the ones who lost control at the beginning of it.
We publish our grade bands in numbers
Letter grades mean nothing across suppliers — one house’s A is another’s B, and the mismatch surfaces on the second order, not the first. Our bands are stated in grams and millimetres, the grading standard is agreed photographically against a scale rule before anything ships, and where salted product is concerned the desalted yield basis is written into the contract before anyone ships.
We tell you what we cannot certify
We do not hold halal certification and we do not claim a HACCP or GFSI audit. Bangladesh is not recognised as free of foot-and-mouth disease, and we will not imply that it is. What we do supply is the complete Bangladesh-side documentation set, including a veterinary health certificate from the Department of Livestock Services, and honest answers to whatever your import authority asks. In a trade where a falsified health certificate can close a market for an entire country, being the supplier whose paperwork survives scrutiny is not a small thing.
